Due to the COVID-19 epidemic and the impact of some unstable events, shipping time may be longer than normal. If you have high requirements for shipping time, we recommend you choose Express Shipping.

DELIVERY TO VICTORIA
Please be advised that parcels being sent to Victoria may experience up to a 3 day delay in delivery time.

DELIVERY DURING SALE PERIOD
Please be advised dispatch and delivery times may vary due to high order volumes during major events (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Click Frenzy & Black Friday). Delays in dispatch could be up to 2 days.

Delivery Within Australia
Regular Shipping – Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.00. Express Shipping: $15 shipping flat rate.
Orders can take up to 4 days to be dispatched. Once dispatched, regular shipping can take 3-5 business days depending on your location. To check delivery times for your area, take a look at the Australia Post Network.
Deliveries to the Cocos (Keeling) Islands - postcode 6799, may take up to 2 months to deliver via Australia Post.

Delivery to New Zealand
Standard Shipping – we offer standard shipping to New Zealand for $25.00. Current delivery times are estimated at between 7 to 12 business days.

Delivery to USA
Standard Shipping – we offer standard shipping to the USA. Standard shipping is a flat rate of USD $14.00. Current delivery times are estimated at between 9 to 12 business days.

Delivery to UK
Standard Shipping – we offer standard shipping to the UK. Standard shipping is a flat rate of GBP $14.00. Current delivery times are estimated at between 9 to 12 business days.

Delivery to Canada
Standard Shipping – we offer standard shipping to Canada. Standard shipping is a flat rate of CAD$14.00. Current delivery times are estimated at between 9 to 12 business days.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9 am - 5 pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up. All orders require a signature upon delivery for your own security and to ensure that your order is not stolen or lost. Please take this into consideration should you choose to waive our request for a signature or request 'safe drop' as we are very limited in what we are able to do to assist should you have not received your order and selected this option.

If your order has not arrived or if there is a problem with your order, please email us at customerservice@clubathletica.com.au and provide us with your order number so that we can investigate with the courier company on your behalf.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please go to http://auspost.com.au/track/ to track your parcel.

Returnable Items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days (Return shipping time won't affect return request) of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
2. Please note we offer free returns postage for ‘wrong size ordered’, this is only within Australia. Outside of Australia, the cost of postage for returns for 'wrong size ordered' must be incurred by the customer.
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 14 days of receiving.
4. Clothes must be packed in the original packaging or a suitable new packaging which is waterproof and can protect the clothing on its return.

Please note: To receive a refund all faulty items being returned must be in original condition and must include your order number for proof of purchase of the faulty item (where multiple items were purchased in the transaction that includes the faulty item and a credit card/bank statement does not clearly itemise the faulty item, this may not provide sufficient proof of purchase. We are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges without a valid order number.

Photographs will not be accepted as proof of fault. It is a requirement that the physical product be in our possession prior to the acceptance of your return request.

Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

1. Items outside the 14 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
3. We will not accept the return of a change of mind item.
4. We will not accept items which have fake tan or make up marks.

Returns Process
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

1. If your item is returnable (see above), please contact customerservice@clubathletica.com.au to request a Returns Slip.
2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 business hours and provide you with a Return Slip along with our return address. Please check your email inbox/spam/junk folder again.
3. Please return the item according to our instructions on the Return Slip and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 14 business days.
5. Please keep tracking the package with the courier. If the returned package is lost, we can’t arrange a refund, please contact the courier to get lost compensation.
6. We will not be responsible for refunds of items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

1. We don't charge buyer's return shipping fee for faulty items.
2. We don't charge buyer's return shipping for incorrect size.
3. We don't provide return shipping for change of mind.
4. Shipping fee component from initial purchase order is non-refundable.
5. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method, which has tracking, that is available.

I Want to Cancel My Order
Once your order has been shipped out (although tracking# email may be delayed), it can no longer be cancelled.
