Returnable Items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days (Return shipping time won't affect return request) of receiving, must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
2. Please note we offer free returns postage for ‘wrong size ordered’, this is only within Australia. The customer is liable for the outgoing shipping fee for the new exchange item being sent back out to the customer. Outside of Australia the cost of postage for returns for 'wrong size ordered' must be incurred by the customer.
3. Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 14 days of receiving.
4. Clothes must be packed in the original packaging or a suitable new packaging which is waterproof and can protect the clothing on its return.
Photographs will not be accepted as proof of fault. It is a requirement that the physical product be in our possession prior to the acceptance of your return request.
Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 14 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.

Returns Process
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:
1. If your item is returnable (see above), please contact customerservice@clubathletica.com.au to request a return.
2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 2 business days and provide you with a Return Slip along with our return address. Please check your email inbox/spam/junk folder again.
3. Please return the item according to our instructions on the Return Slip and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange, credit note or a refund (in the case of a faulty item) within 14 business days.
5. Please keep tracking the package with the courier. If the returned package is lost, we can’t arrange a refund, please contact the courier to get lost compensation.
6. We will not be responsible for refunds of items lost in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
1. We don't charge customers return shipping fee for faulty items.
2. We don't charge customers return shipping for incorrect size.
3. Customers are charged a shipping fee on a return for change of mind. This is available only on full priced items.
4. When a purchased item has been exchanged, the customer is then liable for the outgoing shipping fee for the new item being sent out.
5. Shipping fee component from initial purchase order is non-refundable.
6. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method, which has tracking, that is available.

Club Athletica will pay for the return postage within Australia, however, the exchange item(s) postage is to be paid for by the customer.
