Club Athletica Returns Policy 👟💖

Effective for orders placed on or after June 2025

At Club Athletica™, we pride ourselves on delivering premium-quality activewear 💪, strict quality control standards 🕵️♀️, and an empowering shopping experience ✨. For your peace of mind, we offer a 30-Day Returns Policy on eligible items.


 

🔁 Return Eligibility

We offer refunds only on items deemed faulty, and the fault must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind—so please choose wisely 💡.

You may return your item for a refund under the following conditions:


 

1️⃣ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty (please note: our quality control team triple-check every item before dispatch! 🙅♀️):

• 🗓️ You must report the fault within 5 days of delivery
• 👕 Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging
• ❌ General wear & tear, sizing errors or misuse are not accepted
• ✅ Refunds are processed only after physical inspection of the returned item and the item has been deemed by our quality control team as faulty
• 📷 Photos alone won’t qualify—item must be returned
You cannot receive a refund for "item not as described" Club Athletica has very detailed photos of its products on the website, along with product descriptions.

 

You may return your item for an exchange or store credit under the following conditions: 

2️⃣ Change of Size Requests

• 📦 Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• 👚 Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging
• 🇦🇺 Club Athletica covers the cost to return the item to our Headquarters (incorrect size ordered) for exchange (within Australia only)
• 🚚 You’ll need to cover the cost of posting the new exchange item out to you $10.
• 📬 If your desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue a 12-month store credit

 

3️⃣ Change of Mind – Item Does Not Suit Me

• 🗓️ Request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
• 👕 Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging
• 🚚 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to our HQ $10
• 🧾 Customers must use a tracked postal service for all returns — Club Athletica is not liable for any items lost in transit
• 🔁 A store credit (valid for 12 months) or exchange will be offered once the return is approved
• 📬 If your requested exchange item is unavailable, you’ll automatically receive a store credit

 Promotional Free Items & Gifts With Purchase

Any complimentary item, free gift, Buy X Get Y Free item, or promotional product supplied at no charge is not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. If a qualifying item from the original order is returned, Club Athletica reserves the right to deduct the value of any complimentary item retained by the customer from any store credit or refund issued.

 

⚠️ Important Conditions

We are unable to accept returns for:

• ❌ Items returned outside the 30-day return window
• 👎 Items that are worn, washed, stretched or marked (e.g. fake tan, makeup)
• 🏷️ Sale, final clearance, or discounted items (including discount code purchases)
• 💳 Gift cards or store credits
• ❗ Items returned without a valid order number

 

📦 Returns Process

1. Email us at customerservice@clubathletica.com.au within 30 days 📧
2. We’ll reply within 2 - 5 business days with your Return Slip and instructions 📝
3. Return your item following the instructions provided 🚚
4. Before posting your return, photograph your item — front, back, and inside — clearly showing its condition and confirming there are no marks (e.g. fake tan, makeup, deodorant, animal hair) before sending it to our Quality Control team 📸
5. Once received and inspected:
o ✅ Faulty items = Refund to original payment method
o 🔄 Change of size = Exchange or store credit within 30 days
🕒 Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account depending on your own bank's processing times

 

🚚 Shipping Fees

• 🔧 Faulty items: Return postage covered by Club Athletica (AU only)
• 📏 Change of size: Return postage covered by Club Athletica, you cover your exchange size return postage, $10 (AU only)
• 🌍 International returns: All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• 🤷 Change of mind (full-price items only): Return postage covered by Club Athletica; credit note only issued

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• 🔻 Clearance, final sale items or 40% - 50% discounted sale items
• 🎟️ Discount code purchases (unless requesting exchange or credit)
• 🎁 Gift cards or store credits
• 👕 Worn, washed or damaged items
• 📦 Items returned without a valid order number

 

🔍 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if:

• 📦 Your item is faulty or incorrect
• ⏰ The fault is not reported within 5 days = no return
• 🧼 The item shows signs of wear, misuse, or incorrect care = not eligible

 

🧼 How to Prevent Wear & Tear

• 👚 Follow our Seamless Fabric Care Guide
• 🔪 Avoid contact with rough surfaces & sharp nails
• 🧦 Treat seamless pieces gently (like stockings!)
• 📐 Order the correct size to avoid stress on seams
• If you are in between sizes, size up to avoid stress on seams

🚫 Rejected Returns Due to Condition/Marks

If you attempt to return an item that has marks, stains, or signs of wear—including but not limited to fake tan, makeup, deodorant, perfume, animal hair, or if the item is scrunched, out of its original packaging, or missing tags—your return will be rejected.

  • ❌ You will not receive an exchange, store credit, or refund.

  • ❌ Your item will not be sent back to you at our cost.

  • 📦 If you wish to have the rejected item returned to you, you must cover the postage costs.

  • 🗑️ If you choose not to pay for return postage within 30 days of notification, the item will be disposed of and you will not receive any form of compensation.
