Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days (Return shipping time won't affect return request) of receiving, must follow the criteria as below:

1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

2. Please note we offer free returns postage for  ‘wrong size ordered’, this is only within Australia.  Outside of Australia the cost of postage for returns  for 'wrong size ordered' must be incurred by the customer.  

3. Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 14 days of receiving.

4. Clothes must be packed in the original packaging or a suitable new packaging which is waterproof and can protect the clothing on its return.

Please note: To receive a refund all faulty items being returned must be in original condition and must include your order number for proof of purchase  of the faulty item (where multiple items were purchased in the transaction that includes the faulty item and a credit card/bank statement does not clearly itemise the faulty item, this may not provide sufficient proof of purchase.  We are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges without a valid order number.  

Photographs will not be accepted as proof of fault. It is a requirement that the physical product be in our possession prior to the acceptance of your return request. 


Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

1. Items outside the 14 days warranty time-frame.

2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.

3.  We will not accept the return of a change of mind item.
4.  We will not accept items which have fake tan or make up marks.

Returns Process

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

1. If your item is returnable (see above), please contact to request a Returns Slip.

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 business hours and provide you with a Return Slip along with our return address. Please check your email inbox/spam/junk folder again.

3. Please return the item according to our instructions on the Return Slip and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 14 business days.

5. Please keep tracking the package with the courier. If the returned package is lost, we can’t arrange a refund, please contact the courier to get lost compensation.

6. We will not be responsible for refunds of items lost in transit.


Return Shipping Costs

1. We don't charge buyer's return shipping fee for faulty items.

2. We don't charge buyer's return shipping for incorrect size.

3. We don't provide return shipping for change of mind.

4. Shipping fee component from initial purchase order is non-refundable.

5. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method, which has tracking, that is available.


I Want to Cancel My Order

Once your order has been shipped out (although tracking# email may be delayed), it can no longer be cancelled.
