Please be advised dispatch and delivery times may vary due to high order volumes during sales periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Flash Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Afterpay Day Sales). Delays in dispatch can be up to 7 - 10 business days.  

Delivery Within Australia
Regular Shipping –  Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.00.  Express Shipping: $15 shipping flat rate.

Orders can take up to 4 days to be dispatched. Once dispatched regular shipping can take 3-5 business days depending on your location. To check delivery times for your area take a look at the Australia Post Network.

Deliveries to the Cocos (Keeling) Islands - postcode 6799, may take up to 2 months to deliver via Australia Post.

Delivery to New Zealand
Standard Shipping – we offer standard shipping to New Zealand of $25.00.  Current delivery times are estimated at between 7 to 12 business days.

Delivery to USA
Standard Shipping – we offer standard shipping to USA.  Standard shipping  is a flat rate of USD $14.00. Current delivery times are estimated at between 9 to 12 business days

Delivery to UK
Standard Shipping – we offer standard shipping to UK.  Standard shipping is a flat rate of GBP $14.00. Current delivery times are estimated at between 9 to 12 business days

Delivery to Canada
Standard Shipping – we offer standard shipping to Canada.   Standard shipping is a flat rate of CAD$14.00. Current delivery times are estimated at between 9 to 12 business days

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up. All orders require a signature upon delivery for your own security and to ensure that your order is not stolen or lost. Please take this into consideration should you choose to waive our request for a signature or request 'safe drop'
as we are very limited in what we are able to do to assist should you have not received your order and selected this option.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders):

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees as determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your Club Athletica purchase or shipping cost.

It is the customer’s responsibility to know and understand their country’s customs policies and tax thresholds before placing an order. Club Athletica has no control over these charges, cannot provide estimates, and does not cover or reimburse any associated fees under any circumstances.

If you refuse delivery due to customs charges and your parcel is returned to us, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend checking with your local Customs authority to confirm any potential charges before placing your order.
