Welcome to www.clubathletica.com.au. By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.


 

Liability

Club Athletica™ does not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by the use of this website or any linked websites. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for fair reasons, including but not limited to:
• Technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Orders placed for resale or non-personal use

We will always make reasonable efforts to contact you using the details provided with your order. If an order is cancelled, all received payments will be refunded via the original payment method.


 

Currency

All prices listed on www.clubathletica.com.au are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST for orders shipped within Australia.

For international customers: Once a non-Australian shipping address is entered at checkout, the GST will automatically be removed. All international orders are GST-free and processed in AUD.


 

International Shipping

Club Athletica™ ships to most destinations worldwide via Australia Post. If you can select your address at checkout, we can deliver to you! If your address cannot be entered, please contact us with an alternative.

📦 Please Note:

• We do not ship to PO Boxes internationally — please provide a physical address.
• Delivery times vary but typically range from 3–10 business days after dispatch.
• Import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
• Club Athletica is not responsible for customs delays or any additional charges incurred in the destination country.
• The customer is responsible to ensure they monitor their order as it is tracking out to you.

 

Dispatch of Orders 🚚

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, subject to product availability.

🗓️ During new drops or sales events, dispatch may take up to 10 business days due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods!

📬 In the unusual event that an item in your order becomes out of stock, our team will contact you via email to offer:

• A suitable alternative product, or
• A full refund for the unavailable item, refunded to your original payment method.

Acceptance of Goods

We ask that all customers inspect their order upon delivery. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to remove content that is:

Typographical Errors

In the rare case an item is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect information, Club Athletica™ reserves the right to remove it from sale and cancel any associated orders.

We will notify you using the contact details provided and refund any affected transactions using the original payment method.
