These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made during the Club Athletica™ Black Friday Sale. By shopping the event, you agree to the terms below in addition to our usual Returns, Shipping & Privacy Policies.

⏰ 1. Promotion Period

The Black Friday Sale begins 5:00pm AEST – Thursday, 21st November 2025
and ends 11:59pm AEST – Monday, 2 December 2025 (unless extended or ended earlier).

  • Open to all retail customers shopping on our official website: www.clubathletica.com.au

  • Wholesale orders are not eligible unless stated otherwise.

💸 3. Discount Details

  • Black Friday sale prices are shown on the website.

  • Prices and discount levels may vary by item or collection.

  • All prices are final as marked and may change without notice.

  • No rainchecks or retrospective discounts for orders placed before or after the sale.

🚫 No Discount Codes or Affiliate Codes

During the Black Friday event:

  • No discount codes

  • No affiliate codes

  • No ambassador codes

  • No loyalty codes

  • No whoelsale codes

Codes are disabled because all items are already heavily discounted 🖤✨

🚫🎁 4. Exclusions

Unless specifically included, the following may not be discounted:

  • Gift cards

  • Selected collaborations

  • Limited edition releases

  • New arrivals

  • Pre-order items

  • Items labelled Final Sale

🚚 5. Shipping & Dispatch

Black Friday is our busiest period of the year — please expect extended fulfilment times 💛

📦 Dispatch Timeframes

  • Black Friday period: 5–15 business days

🚫📦 No Free Shipping During Black Friday

There will be no free shipping on minimum-spend thresholds during the sale.
All orders will incur shipping fees at checkout unless a Black Friday–exclusive free-shipping promotion is specifically advertised.

Club Athletica is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or external disruptions.

🔄 6. Returns & Exchanges (Black Friday Sales)

  • All discounted Black Friday items are Final Sale
    No returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or incorrect colour. 

  • Faulty items will be reviewed by our Quality Control team under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Full-priced (non-discounted) items purchased during the sale remain eligible for return under our standard policy.

Due to high volumes, please allow 3–7 business days for Customer Care to respond.

❌ 8. Order Amendments & Cancellations

Once your order is placed:

  • It cannot be edited, cancelled, or combined with another order.

  • Please carefully check your size, colours, and address before checkout.

  • If you are in between sizes, we recommend to size up

💰 9. Pricing

  • All prices shown are in AUD and include GST (where applicable).

  • Prices at checkout are final and depend on product availability at that time.

⚠️ 10. Promotional Changes

Club Athletica reserves the right to:

  • Amend, suspend, or withdraw the Black Friday promotion at any time

  • Cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions

🎁 11. Gift With Purchase (If Offered)

If Club Athletica offers a GWP during Black Friday:

  • The minimum spend applies and before shipping

  • GWP is limited while stocks last — no substitutes, rainchecks or replacements

  • If a qualifying order is refunded due to a fault, the GWP must also be returned unused

  • Club Athletica may amend or withdraw the GWP at any time
