These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made during the Club Athletica™ EOFY Sale. By shopping this event, you agree to the terms below in addition to our standard Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
⏰ 1. Promotion Period
The Club Athletica™ EOFY Sale begins at:
5:00pm AEST – Thursday, 25 June 2026
and concludes at:
11:59pm AEST – Wednesday, 1 July 2026
unless extended, amended or ended earlier at the discretion of Club Athletica.

The EOFY Sale is open to all retail customers shopping via our official website:
Wholesale orders are not eligible unless otherwise stated.
💸 3. Discount Details
• EOFY sale prices are displayed on the website.
• Discounts may vary between products, collections and categories.
• EOFY promotions may be advertised as "Up to 80% Off Selected Styles" and discount levels will vary by product.
• Prices are final as marked and may change without notice.
• No rainchecks or retrospective discounts will be applied to orders placed before or after the promotion period.
🚫 No Discount Codes or Affiliate Codes
During the EOFY Sale:
• No discount codes
• No affiliate codes
• No ambassador codes
• No loyalty codes
• No wholesale codes
All promotional codes are disabled during the sale period as products are already heavily discounted.

Unless specifically stated, the following items may be excluded from the EOFY Sale:
• Gift cards
• Selected collaborations
• Limited edition releases
• New arrivals
• Pre-order items
• Products marked "Final Sale"
🚚 5. Shipping & Dispatch
EOFY is one of our busiest periods of the year and extended dispatch times may apply.
📦 Dispatch Timeframes
EOFY Sale orders: 5–15 business days.

Free shipping offers and minimum spend shipping promotions are suspended during the EOFY Sale unless specifically advertised.
Shipping charges will apply at checkout.
Club Athletica is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, carrier disruptions or other circumstances outside of our control.
🌍 6. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their own country's customs regulations, import duties, taxes, GST, VAT, brokerage fees and any other charges that may apply upon importation.
Club Athletica does not determine, collect or control these charges unless expressly stated at checkout.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees or other government charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Club Athletica is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or import inspections.
If a customer refuses delivery of an order due to customs charges, import duties, taxes or other fees imposed by their country, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Where a refused parcel is returned to Club Athletica, any return shipping charges, customs fees, carrier charges or associated costs incurred by Club Athletica may be deducted from any approved refund at Club Athletica's sole discretion.
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any customs duties, taxes and import charges applicable in their country.
🔄 7. Returns & Exchanges (EOFY Sale Items)
All discounted EOFY Sale items are considered Final Sale.
No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect colour selection
Faulty items will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our Quality Control procedures.
Full-priced items purchased during the EOFY period remain eligible for return under our standard Returns Policy.

Due to increased enquiry volumes during the EOFY Sale, please allow 3–7 business days for our Customer Care team to respond.
Thank you for your patience during this busy period.
❌ 9. Order Amendments & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed:
• Orders cannot be amended.
• Orders cannot be cancelled.
• Orders cannot be combined with other orders.
Please carefully check your sizing, colours and shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
💰 10. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Prices shown at checkout are final and subject to product availability at the time of purchase.
⚠️ 11. Promotional Changes
Club Athletica reserves the right to:
• Amend, suspend or withdraw the EOFY Sale at any time.
• Modify sale pricing, discount levels or promotional offers.
• Cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
🎁 12. Gift With Purchase (If Offered)
If a Gift With Purchase promotion is offered during the EOFY Sale:
• Minimum spend requirements apply before shipping charges.
• Gifts are available while stocks last.
• No substitutions, exchanges or rainchecks will be provided.
• If an order qualifying for a gift is refunded due to a fault, the gift must also be returned unused.
• Club Athletica reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
