At Club Athletica™ 👟💖 we’re all about quality, confidence, and community. While we take every measure to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. Here's everything you need to know about our Refund Policy 💌

💸 Can I Get a Refund?

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

✔️ Your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival
✔️ The issue is reported within 14 days of receiving your order
✔️ The item is returned unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging
✔️ You provide a valid order number for proof of purchase
✔️ The faulty item is physically returned to us (photos alone aren’t accepted)

🚫 Refunds will not be offered for:

• Change of mind 🧠
• Wrong size ordered 📏
• Wear and tear from use ⛔
• Incorrect washing or stretching 🧼
• Discounted, clearance, or sale items 🏷️

In these situations, we’re happy to offer you a store credit or exchange if your item is eligible.  Please refer to the Club Athletica Returns Policy

🛠️ How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at customerservice@clubathletica.com.au within 14 days of receiving your parcel 📩
2. Include:
• Your order number 🧾
• Clear photos of the issue 📷
• A short description of the fault 📝
3. Our team will respond within 2 - 5 business days with next steps 🕑
4. If approved, we’ll send you a Return Slip and shipping instructions
5. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days 💳

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

• Faulty items: ✅ Return postage is covered by Club Athletica (Australia only)
• International returns: 🌍 Return shipping must be covered by the customer
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable 🧾

🧠 Important Things to Remember

• Always use a tracked courier when sending returns—we can’t refund lost or damaged returns 📦
• We do not refund items returned without prior approval or after the 14-day window ⏳
• Items must pass our quality inspection before a refund is issued 🔍
