Standard Shipping – we offer standard shipping to the USA. Standard shipping is a flat rate of USD $14.00. Current delivery times are estimated at between 9 to 12 business days.

Standard Shipping – we offer standard shipping to the UK. Standard shipping is a flat rate of GBP $14.00. Current delivery times are estimated at between 9 to 12 business days.
Delivery to Canada
Standard Shipping – we offer standard shipping to Canada. Standard shipping is a flat rate of CAD$14.00. Current delivery times are estimated at between 9 to 12 business days.
To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9 am - 5 pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up. All orders require a signature upon delivery for your own security and to ensure that your order is not stolen or lost. Please take this into consideration should you choose to waive our request for a signature or request 'safe drop' as we are very limited in what we are able to do to assist should you have not received your order and selected this option.

Returnable Items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days (Return shipping time won't affect return request) of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
Please note: To receive a refund all faulty items being returned must be in original condition and must include your order number for proof of purchase of the faulty item (where multiple items were purchased in the transaction that includes the faulty item and a credit card/bank statement does not clearly itemise the faulty item, this may not provide sufficient proof of purchase. We are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges without a valid order number.
Photographs will not be accepted as proof of fault. It is a requirement that the physical product be in our possession prior to the acceptance of your return request.
